How do I know if my insurance covers therapy?
We recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to confirm your mental health benefits. Our team is also happy to help verify your coverage before your first visit.
Will I have a co-pay for each session?
Co-pays and co-insurance depend on your specific plan. Any amount owed is typically collected at the time of your appointment.
What if ENDEAVOR is out of network for my plan?
Numerous insurance policies include out-of-network coverage that could assist in covering your session fees. Upon your request, our office will supply the necessary paperwork for you to file a claim. We are working on accepting certain Medicaid plans in Minnesota and Indiana directly under Endeavor Mental Health Care and Medical Services LTD. These Medicaid plans are not connected to Headway and are not yet approved.
